Meanwhile the Kremlin and Presidential Administration are a not homogeneous structure that’s why not everybody in the corridors of power liked new appointment, seemingly, was necessary to all. And probably while Mr. Belyh took the oath and entered the post, someone had an idea to discredit the newly appeared governor. How it is possible? To play a sure-fire card and to strike in the most secret thing that new governor has a liberal position. We will not sort out is Nikita Belyh a liberal actually – there are political scientists for this purpose. So what does this safe card look like? Everything is very simply it concerns gays and homophobic society.

Basically, practice of discrediting of political opponents by gamble on a homosexuality theme in Russia has been applied for the first time during Anatoly Sobchak re-election for the post of the governor of St.-Petersburg. That time was showed a trailer in which the people similar to gays, expressed fidelity to one of opponents of Sobchak. It was an obvious discredit and a method of "black PR". By the way, campaign headquarters of Sobchak headed a well-known to all Russians Vladimir Vladimirovich.

Also the card of homosexuality for discrediting political opponents was played at the moment of election of the mayor of Nizhniy Novgorod. When Andrey Klementjev participated in pre-election race. That time all over the city were hanged posters with the person representing a stereotypic image of a gay with lipstick, cuticle scissors and the slogan «Fairies for Andrey».

In general the Russian opposition, liberal and not liberal, often has «problems with homosexuals»: that on «the March of inconsistent» appear «disguised, similar», as in case with Yashin, the same disguised try to kiss and take in arms eminent oppositional persons. And actually all it happens because of a dual inconsistent position and a homophobic fear of oppositionists – «and if everybody will think, that I am like them (that I am gay)?», though, for example, still nobody never thought that he or she is like them: Igor Kon, Liudmila Alekseeva, Jury Samodurov, Lev Ponamorev, Valeria Novodvorskaja or Edward Murzin. The last one even tried to register homosexual relations with the editor of gay.ru Ed Mishin, but nobody considered and does not consider him to be a gay.

Nevertheless, we return to the Kirov region. Not a long time ago in the web in the community of Kirov appeared a "duck" that in Kirov is preparing a gay pride. As a source of the given information ostensibly served inter-regional movement «LGBT Rights» though movement «LGBT Rights» does not have a branch in Kirov. Moreover, members of the movement learnt about the preparing of the gay pride from news in web. Activists of other regional organizations in personal correspondence asked each other who actually hold gay pride in Kirov. It was found out that none of inter-regional movements and of the regional organisations did not plan anything similar. Moreover, it appeared to be that in Kirov region there are no operating LGBT organisations now in general. But on a page "Gay-Kirov" appeared now a lot of messages on a theme on support of gay pride though before the page «Gay-Kirov» was not a much visited LGBT resource. Who are these unknown "gay activists"? The logic shows that, maximum, it could be activists of the movement «Russia young», or any other pro-Kremlin movement …

Actually, the situation is played by one, two and three: someone didn’t like that Nikita Belyh was appointed as the governor. After that it was decided to discredit it. What can discredit the liberal more than his liberal values? As an "apogee" of liberal values in Russia for some reason are considered to be the rights of homosexuals. Therefore it was decided to show a "duck" about gay pride in Kirov and to wait for reaction of interested sides. Reaction followed immediately. From whom do you think? Of course the most interested side in gay prides is church. And here nobody’s known priest Eugenie Smirnov already writes angry letters to editions of the Kirov newspapers with the requirement «not to let» Sodom and "etc" - a full set of homophobic pearls. And here "publicity" is ready to outrage … But it is still unclear – who are these unnamed activists?

Most likely, as a result of this campaign was a start of activists any of the pro-Kremlin movements who dressed up as travesty, on one of the squares of Kirov. Than it seems than in diocese they simply considered not to interfere into political adventures.

But this moment there appeared a new character one whose response homophobes were hoped, but did not count. Who could it be? Of course a famous prides organizer Nikolay Alekseev. After the publication in the newspaper «Kommersant Nijnii Novgorod» with a refutation of inter-regional movement «LGBT Rights» concerning participation in political provocation named «gay pride in Kirov» and after a rash statement of Maria Gaidar that gays have a right to gather as all citizens but at first it is necessary to achieve gay pride in Moscow and then go to Kirov, - Nikolay Alekseev recently said that he is ready to head a «gay pride in Kirov» though before, as he said, he did not think about it.

Thus he referred to necessity to counteract to political gamble with participation of homosexuals and accused all other LGBT organisations in cowardice. But actually by his statement he made a big present to homophobes, adjusted on the discredit of Nikita Belyh and using in their political tricks LGBT theme. Now it is not necessary to set off disguised, it is not necessary to invite the press, it is not necessary to spend money and any efforts. Why? Nikolay Alekseev will make now everything by himself.

If Nikita Belyh will forbid gay pride in Kirov, Nikolay Alekseev will make everything to discredit him as the liberal in the Russian public and European also: Nikita Belyh will be fully bounded as he will lose support of liberal values upholders. On the other hand, if Nikita Belyh won’t forbid gay pride de in Kirov there will be one thousand and one reasons why he could be removed from a post.

There is an interesting situation: Nikolay Alekseev works not against homophobes and clericals, which are trying to overdrive LGBT community into underground, but on the contrary, he unconsciously helps them. Actually, it is not a surprise as a main belief of Nikolay Alekseev that his representations on struggle for the rights of LGBT community are unique and the truthful. And if it appears any organisation on a horizon menacing to his personal PR it is necessary to make everything to restore his priority and image of the most famous and most advanced fighter for the rights of sexual minorities in Russia. In this situation probably it is necessary to feel a pity for Nikita Belyh because at any outcome he will appears to be in a loss.

But to be honest it is difficult to feel sorry for the Russian politicians who by depending on a conjuncture will make any statements. And, perhaps, it concerns all politicians. For example having felt political or any other dividends Jury Luzhkov would be the first who will rush under iridescent flags and would head gay pride in Moscow.
Probably a possible way out for Nikita Belyh is a public statement about LGBT support, but impossibility to provide safety during the gay pride in Kirov in connection with expected provocation against him personally, and also his direct dialogue with the representatives of LGBT organisations concerning other campaigns, for example, concerning a week against homophobia in Russia, or a day of withstanding homophobia which coordinator is Nikolay Alekseev. Will Nikita Belyh take such a step? Time will show. But its probability is insignificant small. What if others suddenly will think, that he is « one of the homosexuals »?
