According to the witnesses and passersby, at the club’s exit at the beginning of 5 a.m. Aleksey was attacked by a group of unknown persons. Directly ahead of the incident Aleksey managed to call his close friend and to inform her that in danger.

He asked to her to call in the police as a group of unknown persons from the approached car was going to attack him.  The dozing girl didn’t apprehend the message seriously; she thought that it was a night joke of the drunk friend.

According to the watchman of the shopping centre in process of construction near the club, Aleksey managed to jump off from the bridge by himself. Thus pedestrians cannot get on the bridge as the ladder is not constructed yet, and the nearest arrival on the bridge is located approximately in two kilometers from the place where Aleksey was murdered. According to visitors of the club Aleksey got by himself over the fence of the building near the club approximately at 2: 30 a.m., but again returned to the club after a while. And time of these actions does not coincide at all with the evidence of the watchman.

Especially it is necessary to notice the fact that within a year were fixed cases of beating and attacks on visitors of the club Full House with the purpose of a robbery. Visitors often complained on it. And Aleksey’s case is the second with a deadly outcome in the territory adjoining to the club.

A lot of Aleksey’s colleagues and friends came on the funeral to tell him last good-bye. Each participants of the funeral procession is extremely revolted by the incident. Some of them told that there can be several persons interested in business round Aleksey’s murder and it is convenient for them not to announce this case as a murder but to announce it as an infelicitous occasion. And these people insist on a version of the investigation as an accident.
