 As it can seem to be strange but this story started far from Kirov though its main character is the present governor of the region of Kirov. Some time ago it was suggested to Nikita Belyh to pass from opposition in government officials and to head the Kirov region and Mr. Belyh carelessly agreed. |

 The organizer of gay pride 2008 Nicolay Alekseev announced on 29 of may that gay pride will take place on first of June. As if this date is connected with the answer from administration of the President… But there is one thing which isn’t clear: how can be compared the answer of administration with the international day in defense of children on first of June? |
